To celebrate the 66th anniversary of National Day September 2, Lien Thanh Seafood Processing Joint Stock Company and Saigon Co.op – Co.opMart System have cooperated to launch new Co.opMart private label products: Natural fish sauce.
Natural fish sauce is made from the highest quality batches of fresh anchovies. These anchovies are soaked in wooden barrels to naturally ferment for 15-18 months without any additives such as preservatives, sweeteners, food coloring, or synthetic flavors. The fish sauce will be poured from wooden barrels containing a high-protein content of over 350N. It will be packaged in a closed system that adheres to Dutch HACCP, ISO 9001: 2008, and Halal standards to ensure food safety.
The combination of sweet fish protein and salty sea salt creates a unique taste that cannot be replicated by any fish sauce on the market. Natural Cot Nhi fish sauce is the product of Lien Thanh Company’s 105 years of fish sauce production technology.
This new product of Co.opMart private label products will be distributed at the Co.opMart supermarket system from September 10, 2011.
