Activities – a trial experience of Lien Thanh Vegetarian Fish Sauce and gifts for customers.

Lien Thanh Vegetarian Fish Sauce is made using the traditional method of mixing pineapple and chopped salt in a 3:1 ratio and fermenting for four months. The key to the fermentation method is to use the Bromelain enzyme found in pineapples to ferment the nutrients and produce dilute protein. The broth’s diluted protein is thickened to create a thick, savory taste unique to vegetarian fish sauce.
