FSSC 22000 is recognized by the GFSI (The Global Food Safety Initiative). The Scheme provides a certification model that can be used in the whole food supply chain to ensure food safety standards and processes.
Lien Thanh Fish Sauce is a traditional fish sauce production enterprise with a history of over 100 years. Our unique fermentation recipe involves using three parts fish and one part salt. The fish are directly fermented on boats to maximize their initial freshness. Later, they are layered in salt and fermented for a standardized duration to create an aroma that has stood the test of time.
