Vegetarian dish recommend: Lotus Root Salad
Ingredient:
- 300gr lotus root
- 1 carrot
- 1 cucumber
- 1 purple cabbage
- 1 tofu fried
- 3 tsp of Lien Thanh vegan fish sauce
- 4 tsp of sugar
- 3 tsp of lemon/squat juice soup
- 100g peanut
- 2 chilli
Making:
Step 1: Prepare ingredients
- Wash and cut carrots, purple cabbage, cucumber,
- Cut the lotus stem into pieces. If the lotus stem is large, split it into 2 or 4.
- Finely chop 2 chili peppers. Soak carrots and lotus roots with 30ml of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of sugar, take out and squeeze dry.
Fried tofu until golden then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2: Make a mixture of vegetarian fish sauce and salad
- Mix 3 tablespoons of Lien Thanh vegetarian fish sauce, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 minced chili.
- Put ingredients such as purple cabbage, cucumber, carrots, and shredded lotus roots in a large bowl.
- Then mix and add the fish sauce mixture until just to taste, then add tofu and mix lightly to avoid crushing.
Step 3: Present and enjoy
- Put the salad on a clean plate, then decorate with a few herbs to make it beautiful. It will be more delicious if eaten with vegetarian shrimp chips
