Lien Thanh Fish Sauce is a traditional fish sauce production enterprise with a history of over 100 years. Our unique fermentation recipe involves using three parts fish and one part salt. The fish are directly fermented on boats to maximize their initial freshness. Later, they are layered in salt and fermented for a standardized duration to create an aroma that has stood the test of time.
