CREATING MOTIVATION AND STRENGTHENING SOLIDARITY TO BRING THE LIEN THANH FISH SAUCE BRAND TO NEW LEVELS
Thanks to the cooperation of the leadership and employees, Lien Thanh Seafood Processing Joint Stock Company has experienced significant growth, establishing a new image and reputation. Lien Thanh’s fish sauce is now the pride of all employees, a symbol of our achievements. Continue to promote that tradition and show concern and spiritual encouragement for each employee. In 2015, the company’s Board of Directors organized a 3-day, 2-night vacation tour at Suoi Nhum Resort in Phan Thiet City to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the complete liberation of the South and the reunification of the country on April 30, as well as International Labor Day on May 1. The aim of the tour was to motivate all employees to come together in solidarity, strengthen their minds and hearts, and work towards building an even stronger company.

The highlight of this vacation was the Gala Dinner. At Lien Thanh Seafood Processing Joint Stock Company, employees could engage in various activities such as playing music, and games, allowing children to play and sing, and more. During the Gala Dinner ceremony, Ms. Ngo Thi Hoang Mai, the Deputy Director of the company, emphasized that the company’s Board of Directors hopes that after the trip, each employee will give their best to complete the assigned work and work together to build a growing company.

At the end of the vacation tour, everyone returned to the city safely and continued working on the next goals.
