Throughout the 2011 fishing season<\/strong>, Lien Thanh eagerly awaited lots of the fish catches but there weren\u2019t any of them. Amidst this, Lien Thanh\u2019s director brought pineapples to an experiment with the thought of whether the pineapple with enzyme bromelain could make vegan fish sauce akin to the traditional fish sauce fermented from fish. The thought of the director was validated four months later when the staff who was in charge of quality control tested the essence and confirmed that it came with a \u201cfish sauce\u201d scent.
